The Customer Service Division is responsible for the City's utility system's service account activities, which currently includes over 15,000 water and 13,000 sanitary sewer accounts. Customer inquires regarding the application for water or sanitary sewer services, account inquires, or payment for services are addressed by the Customer Service staff. In addition, the Customer Service division implements the utility system billing and processing of payments for the department.
