Real Estate Taxes
$ noteReal Estate taxes are due in two installments:
December 5th and June 5th of each year.

The Real Estate Tax rates are currently as follows:
City Wide Tax Rate: $.91 per $100 of assessed value.
Route 17 Taxing District: $1.17 per $100 of assessed value.
Downtown Business District: $1.035 per $100 of assessed value.

(Rates effective through June 30th, 2010)
